Job summary

MilliporeSigma in the United States is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM) to lead manufacturing operations and build a strong, safety‑oriented team focused on quality and on‑time delivery.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will implement methods and SOPs, drive lean improvements, mentor staff, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining compliance with EHS and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership role or with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment.
• Direct the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods and SOPs on the production floor.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean tools and operator engagement.
• Mentor staff and develop a learning organization.
• Achieve manufacturing goals by planning, monitoring, and coaching team members; enforce policies.
