Job summary

Covia is seeking a dynamic Night Shift Production Supervisor for its site in Cleburne, TX. You will directly supervise production and shipping operations to maximize output at the lowest cost while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires leading hourly staff, enforcing safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support plant goals and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly production employees on night shift and schedule manpower.
• Direct production and shipping operations to maximize output at lowest cost while ensuring safety and quality.
• Promote safety, enforce MSHA regulations and Covia policies.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain production records and coordinate with maintenance and outside contractors as needed.
