Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced production setting.
• Basic computer skills including production tracking software and MS Office.

Responsibilities
