You will partner with maintenance, quality, engineering and supply chain to optimize processes, enforce GMP, and foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on leadership and real-time decision-making in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years frontline leadership in manufacturing.
• Supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Experience in GMP or other regulated environments.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and people management.
• Deliver safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people metrics.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance and equipment issues.
• Support audits and ensure documentation.
