Job summary

Nestlé USA in Wisconsin seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a 20–30 person team on a 12-hour night shift, ensuring safety, product quality and asset performance while meeting the production plan.

You will coach staff, uphold GMPs and safety, drive continuous improvement, coordinate cross-training, and collaborate with quality, engineering and administration to maximize line efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 2 years of leadership experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience in food processing or packaging is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Train team on GMPs, safety procedures and standard operating practices.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow environmental plans.
• Meet quality objectives via sanitation, food safety, and product quality checks.
• Coach employees and prepare for daily operation reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies and regulations.
• Empower staff to make autonomous decisions and manage personnel.
• Facilitate cross-training to meet production plans.
• Coordinate timely launches of new products.
• Work with maintenance to maximize line efficiency and use digital tools.
