AZEK Company seeks a Rail Supervisor to guide Shift Leaders and Operators in the Rail Department, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. You will collaborate across departments to analyze and resolve issues and enforce company policies, on a demanding 12-hour rotating night shift.
You will lead, train, and coach a team, ensure maintenance and safety programs, and support production scheduling while fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment in a 24/7 operation.
Oversee and assist Shift Leaders and Operators to ensure organizational commitments regarding people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost expectations are met. Collaborate with other departments to determine, analyze, and mitigate issues within the Rail Department. Responsible for ensuring that company policy and procedures are enforced and adhered to. Responsible for resolving member conflict and fostering an environment in which members are engaged. This position will be a 12-hour rotating shift (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, etc.) on nights from 6:15pm to 6:45am.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 in our lowest market up to $85,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
