The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, technical education preferred, and demonstrated leadership skills. Comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range between $75,000 and $85,000 are provided.

Oversee and assist Shift Leaders and Operators to ensure organizational commitments regarding people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost expectations are met. Collaborate with other departments to determine, analyze, and mitigate issues within the Rail Department. Responsible for ensuring that company policy and procedures are enforced and adhered to. This position will be a 12‑hour rotating shift (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, etc.) on nights from 6:15 pm to 6:45 am.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 in our lowest market up to $85,000 in our highest market, plus bonus and benefits as applicable. Pay for roles at AZEK varies by location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
