What You'll Be Doing

  1. Overseeing daily quarry operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
  2. Managing and coordinating the production team to meet production targets.
  3. Implementing and maintaining quality control standards.
  4. Monitoring equipment and scheduling maintenance to minimize downtime.
  5. Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  6. Night Shift Hours 7PM-5AM.

Essential Experience and Skills

  1. Minimum of 5 years in aggregate production or at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry.
  2. Strong leadership abilities with clear, concise, and respectful communication skills.
  3. Ability to maintain composure and professionally present information, responding effectively to questions.
  4. Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces.

Work Environment

  1. Work is performed in a quarry setting with exposure to varying weather conditions.
  2. Requires physical activity, including walking, climbing, and lifting.
  3. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

Physical Demands of the Job

  1. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  2. Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.
  3. Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  4. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  5. Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment.
