Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in supervision, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement. This role is on-site for night shift operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant manufacturing experience required.
• 5+ years’ experience with a minimum 3 years’ experience working in a supervisory position.
• Strong background in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required, with some knowledge of Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a production team and shift.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate production flow to meet goals.
• Manage labor to meet productivity and cost goals.
• Train and develop staff, including safety and SOPs.
• Record and report daily performance and maintenance activities.
