Job summary

ALPLA, a global packaging leader, is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Missouri for the 7PM–7:30AM schedule. You will lead the front-line team, prioritize work, and coordinate with maintenance and technical staff to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing shift operations, preparing timely production reports, and handing off fully documented status to the incoming shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing or shift teams in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all shift operations for the 7PM–7:30AM schedule.
• Direct supervision of production operators and on-shift technical staff.
• Prioritize tasks, allocate labor and equipment to meet the production plan.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met and reported clearly.
• Provide thorough handover reports and maintain accurate production records.
