Production Supervisor
Night Shift: 4:00pm - 4:00am - Monday - Thursday*

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversee machine operators and plant personnel to ensure efficiency and quality.

What You'll Do
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll spend 80% of your time on the production floor, working side-by-side with machine operators, and 20% in the office, managing reports, schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of machine operators and plant personnel
• Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals and hold your team accountable
• Monitor output to ensure we’re hitting production and quality targets
• Prioritize safety—troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance
• Train new team members on safety, machinery, and processes
• Identify inefficiencies and help implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records and report production data to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a production leadership or supervisory role
• A proven leader who can coach, motivate, and inspire a team
• Comfortable with manufacturing equipment and plant operations
• Skilled in Excel, Word, and ERP systems (Epicor a plus)
• Organized, resourceful, and confident in making decisions
• High School diploma required; technical or engineering degree is a bonus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the production floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold typical of a manufacturing setting.
