Role Overview:

We are seeking a Production Supervisor in Weyauwega, WI.

• Oversee daily operations of all production lines and systems.
• Perform sanitation tasks as needed based on Plant Regulatory reports.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and production issues, involving maintenance, quality, or inventory teams as needed.
• Ensure proper handling of In-Process samples.
• Review paperwork, legal charts, and chemical concentrations.
• Keep products moving efficiently through the system.
• Ensure employees follow procedures, maintain safety, and produce quality products. Implement safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Follow up on Good Manufacturing Practices and audit items.
• Communicate issues to the next shift supervisor.
• Participate in audits and communicate important information to staff.
• Attend employee meetings.
• Manage staffing for optimal production; backup for line positions as needed.
• Monitor employee breaks.
• Review and approve weekly payroll time cards.
• Schedule: 2-2-3, 3:00 pm - 3:00 am

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years in dairy and/or food production.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
