Job summary

Grande Cheese Company is looking for Production Specialists to join our dairy production, packaging, equipment operations, intake and warehouse teams in Wisconsin. The role covers multiple production duties across shifts with a 6pm–6am schedule and a starting pay of $22.25 per hour, plus $3 night shift premium and $2.25 weekend premium.

You'll work in a HPWT environment, perform equipment setup, calibrations, quality checks, sanitation and data entry, and support inventory and receiving

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to comprehend and follow technical instructions/policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor dairy production equipment and packaging lines.
• Perform sanitation of production areas and equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and data entry into ERP/SCM systems.
• Follow safety, regulatory, and quality policies at all times.
• Assist with inventory, receiving and loading/unloading of materials.
