Job summary

Grande Cheese Company is seeking a Production Generalist to join our high-performance team. The role involves a variety of production, packaging, and equipment tasks across departments, with cross-training to support daily staffing needs and regulatory compliance.

Expect setup, operation, and troubleshooting of equipment, along with data entry and continuous improvement feedback. The position offers a 2/2/3 schedule (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM) with pay starting at $25.70/hour plus night and weekend

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Prior related work experience and/or training is required, typically a minimum of one year.
• Math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to comprehend and follow technical instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Production/Packaging/Equipment/Intake/Warehouse duties.
• Cross train in multiple departments within the facility.
• Ensure production meets Grande and regulatory standards.
• Setup, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Complete required documentation and data entry.
• Provide feedback to Process Leaders and Managers on improvements.
