Job summary

Grande Cheese Company is seeking Production Specialists across dairy production, packaging, intake, and warehouse operations. You will operate equipment, monitor quality, and ensure safety and sanitation across multiple production areas.

Responsibilities include data recording, process feedback, and collaborative problem-solving with Process Leaders to meet company standards. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, and prior food-manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Prior related work experience in a food manufacturing organization is preferred.
• Math, reading, and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate dairy production, packaging, or intake equipment per procedures.
• Monitor quality and safety standards across production lines.
• Maintain sanitation and regulatory compliance.
• Record data and report to Process Leaders.
• Assist with inventory and supply management.
