Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Production Set-up Mechanic for the 3rd shift to support high-volume filling and packaging lines. You will set up, calibrate, and repair equipment, troubleshoot routine issues, and document maintenance in the Cal PM system.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, the ability to manage competing priorities, and good communication skills while working autonomously or in small teams across a production site.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical, pneumatic fluidic and basic electronic control systems.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to follow and adhere to written work instructions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working autonomously or in small groups.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and repair high-volume filling and packaging machinery.
• Assist in resolving routine equipment-related problems affecting daily operations.
• Record maintenance activities in Cal PM software.
• Communicate line performance at daily huddles.
