Job summary

American Plastics, LLC is seeking a Production Operator to participate in production, inspection, and packaging of our retail storage and janitorial products. You will contribute to safe operations, meet product specs, and support line readiness on the factory floor.

The role includes a fixed schedule with 3-day weekends every other week, 7am–7pm shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package aimed at employee growth and stability.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbs and up to 80 lbs team lift.
• Able to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and authorize background check.

Responsibilities

• Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
• Maintain product specifications and packing according to customer requests.
• Trim, assemble and pack parts.
• Supply the lines and packing/stage areas with required materials.
• Rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
