Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator to run and monitor the production line during night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. The role emphasizes safety, quality adherence, and efficient throughput. Team members will complete hourly reports and troubleshoot minor line issues.

Candidates should be prepared for 12-hour shifts, with the ability to work nights and participate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A strong emphasis on GMP and food safety is required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to Niagara’s safety, quality, and throughput.
  • Accurately completes quality and production reports hourly.
  • Reports quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.
  • Maintains housekeeping and ensures adequate raw materials to minimize downtime.
  • Demonstrates aptitude to work in all assigned production areas and assists with relief duties.
