Qualifications

• Computer literacy and ability to navigate various software systems.
• Ability to read and follow procedures; strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and test production systems and machinery to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Maintain product purity and minimize contamination during changes or equipment transitions.
• Conduct shift inspections and collaborate with Maintenance to address issues quickly.
• Keep detailed records of parameters and equipment status for smooth shift transitions.
• Work with supporting departments to ensure quality production and safety compliance.
