Job summary

Omya is seeking a Production Operator in Wisconsin to oversee setup, operation, and testing of production systems, ensuring product quality and process integrity. You will monitor set points, perform routine maintenance, and document equipment status while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires handling heavy machinery, lifting up to 75 lbs, and supporting continuous production with possible overtime. Monday–Friday night shift (11pm–7:30am) with shift differential, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts and boom lifts beneficial.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Test systems and products to ensure quality and purity.
• Record key parameters and equipment status across shifts.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and other departments to resolve issues.
