Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5 years of industrial/manufacturing experience in a chemical or related field.
  • Experience in a maintenance role for manufacturing operations.
  • Computer skills and laboratory experience preferred; basic chemistry knowledge preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and nights.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment to execute manufacturing processes.
  • Read bill of materials and formula specifications to add correct materials.
  • Load intermediates or raw materials into production machines.
  • Conduct quality tests and record results for final products.
  • Prepare packaging for next production step or shipment.
  • Maintain clean and safe work area in line with QSHE policies.
  • Record production data accurately and report any issues promptly.
