Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required; training provided.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and become proficient in two or more production positions.
• Ability to follow SOPs, including equipment setup, adjustments, and inspection procedures.
• Ability to perform visual and in-process quality inspections.
• Basic understanding of measurements and use of tools like tape measures and calipers.
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.

Production Operator – Night Shift (9:30pm to 6:00am)

Location: Quakertown, PA | Overtime Required

Intigral, Inc., a manufacturer of high-quality insulated glass products, is growing! Due to increased demand for our technology-driven, energy-efficient insulated glass units, we are expanding our production operations and adding a new production line.

Position Summary

Production Operators are responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment, completing work orders, and meeting established production and quality standards. Employees will receive training across multiple areas of production, including machine operation, manual assembly, material handling, and loading and unloading production and cutting equipment.

Requirements
