Training will cover multiple areas of production, including machine operation, assembly, material handling, and loading/unloading equipment. Overtime is required at times and a strong safety focus is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team and learn multiple positions.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery per established procedures.
• Complete work orders and meet daily production goals.
• Train in multiple production positions.
• Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and first-piece inspections.
• Conduct routine quality checks and inspections.
• Report equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Load and unload production lines and cutting equipment.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
