Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator Nights to manage daily operations on the production floor at our Albuquerque plant. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and achieving production goals in our food-safe environment.

Responsibilities include completing hourly quality and production reports, inspecting products for defects, adhering to GMP and safety standards, and maintaining housekeeping. The position may require 12-hour night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Associate's Degree

Responsibilities

• Operate production line to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly; inspect product for non-conformities and report defects.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety Standards; follow safety guidelines and housekeeping rules.
• Maintain appropriate raw material levels to minimize downtime and support line operation.
• Troubleshoot minor production line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
• Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as production demands dictate.
