Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Production Technical Operations Operator I (Para-Professional & Support Path) to support the manufacturing floor. You will perform manual and operational production tasks, set up and troubleshoot equipment, and ensure products meet specifications, schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work in a 3rd shift production environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle manual or operational production tasks according to guidelines.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ensure products meet specifications, schedules and quality standards.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality and identify, rework or discard faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations to align with business objectives.
• Complete required training and maintain compliance with SOPs and GMP.
