Job summary

Hydro Extrusions is seeking operators for night shifts (6pm–6am) on an EOWEO/2-2-3 rotation. Training on days may occur before transitioning to nightshift. Starting pay ranges from $25.17 to $30.89 per hour, with a $1.00 shift premium.

Opportunities include learning to advance to Extruder A, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring safety and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience required; prior manufacturing experience and/or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Must be willing to train and advance to Extruder A (quality inspecting responsibilities); training provided.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
• Must be able to work long hours in seasonal temperatures.
• Must follow all work and safety instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to grow.
• Ability to follow detailed directions.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned equipment or machine.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments, material or equipment needs.
• Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
• Lift and stack products.
• Maintains efficiency standards set for assigned area.
• Maintains good housekeeping of work areas.
• Accurately record numbers or lengths of units handled or moved.
