Job summary

Hydro Extrusions is seeking a production operator for a 12-hour continental night shift (7:15 PM – 7:15 AM) at our Gainesville facility. The role focuses on safe operation, efficient packaging, and accurate batch processing to meet daily production goals. Compensation starts at $23.34/hour with a $1.00/hour shift premium.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work any shift.
• Must complete internal or external assessment to determine appropriate communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds with a partner.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the Emmebi machine safely to meet production goals.
• Process material through AS400 system.
• Package bundles per pack codes and ensure correct piece counts.
• Print drawings and batch instructions for each run.
