Job summary

Norsk Hydro in Cressona, PA is seeking a Production Associate for the night shift, 6pm-6am on a rotating schedule. You will safely operate assigned equipment, read work orders, and follow plans to complete manufacturing tasks.

This role requires basic math, strong teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to train toward Extruder A. Eligible for retirement savings and bonus programs, with shift differential included.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be willing to train and advance to Extruder A with provided training.
• Basic math and good teamwork are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned equipment or machine.
• Read work orders or receive instructions to determine work tasks.
• Read plans and specifications to determine work activities.
• Lift and stack products.
• Maintain efficiency standards and good housekeeping.
• Accurately record numbers or lengths of units handled.
