Qualifications

• Mechanical ability required.
• Adequate computer skills needed.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• At least one year in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make mechanical changes and adjustments to line equipment.
• Operate automation equipment and plan daily production needs.
• Ensure quality production meeting customer specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and document results.
• Maintain line cleanliness and proper tool storage.
• Report daily production information into forms/databases.
• Direct personnel on pattern changes and downtime.
