Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging and processing operations.
• Participate in equipment startup, changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Calibrate systems to meet specifications and perform quality checks.
• Assist in training new employees and in line duties as needed.
