Qualifications

• Minimum 9th grade education; HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Forklift driving experience is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; forklift driver licensing is required.

Responsibilities

• Move material between inventory, production, and finished goods per schedule.
• Band, wrap, and label finished goods and move to inventory yard or warehouse.
• Assist production with bottlenecks and material needs.
• Perform general preventive maintenance on equipment and complete pre-shift checklists.
• Keep material yards organized and production records accurate.
• Follow forklift safety policies and company guidelines.
