Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Production Operators for a night shift in Evansville, WY. You will operate production equipment (cutters, pullers, coilers, packaging), monitor quality, and help with setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting in a team-focused, safety-conscious environment.

This contract-to-hire, onsite role offers 12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule, $20.25/hour, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Safety-minded is essential for a night shift in a manufacturing setting.
• Teamwork and effective communication are required to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and compliance.
• Good physical stamina for long shifts involving movement and lifting.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus for operating and troubleshooting equipment.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including cutters, pullers, coilers and packaging machinery.
• Monitor product quality and ensure materials meet specifications.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production, quality and operational records.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments and changeovers.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures and workplace standards.
• Keep workstations clean, organized and production-ready.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
