Job summary

WL Plastics, Inc. in Mills, WY is hiring a Night Shift Line Operator to support extrusion production. You will operate, monitor, and adjust equipment, perform minor maintenance, and help improve machine performance.

This full-time role on 12-hour shifts includes a $21.00–$24.00 hourly rate plus a $1.00 night shift differential. Weekend work is required, with every other weekend as a 3-day weekend; prior manufacturing experience may lead to higher starting wages.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and perform basic math accurately.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot extrusion equipment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts and weekends.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Adherence to safety policies and ISO 9001 compliance.
