Qualifications

• Read a tape measure to verify product dimensions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and hazards.
• Overhead crane trained.
• Confident with use of utility knives and hand/power tools.
• Maintain good attendance and a positive attitude.
• Perform basic math on the line.
• Understand safe disposal of chemicals and waste.
• Know and use safety equipment on position.

Responsibilities

• Assist Coiler or stack finished material with labeling and counts.
• Ensure product meets Quality System requirements.
• Package and band materials and build skids.
• Operate trim choppers, trim winder, Trash Compactor.
• Ensure tools and materials are available and safe.
• Maintain clean work area throughout the day.
• Understand Production run sheet.
• Report issues to the Group Leader.
• Train personnel on back end of line.
• Maintain 5S and TPM compliance.
