Qualifications

• 2-5 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial production experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control all front-end production equipment during startup, shutdown, and normal manufacturing operations.
• Monitor product quality and ensure all products meet company quality standards and documentation requirements.
• Read and adjust machine parameters using computerized controls to maintain production performance.
• Identify equipment issues and communicate concerns to supervisors and maintenance personnel.
• Complete required production documentation and reports accurately and timely.
• Train and support new and temporary employees while promoting safe work practices.
