Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical disciplines is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools; able to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on production machinery to keep systems operating at peak efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, or replacements of faulty components as needed.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and replace worn parts to prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize equipment issues and provide technical guidance.
