Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Technical Lead A / Maintenance for its Lee, FL facility. The role operates a night shift 5:00 PM–5:00 AM on 12‑hour rotations, with a pay rate of $32.00/hour plus 6–8% shift differential.

You will troubleshoot, repair and start up lines, while learning SOPs and leading maintenance teams in a fast‑paced beverage manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has prior supervision experience, strong electrical and PLC knowledge, and the ability to work holidays and weekends

Qualifications

• 2 years of direct line supervision of maintenance employees or demonstrated leadership skills.
• 1–2 years experience with SAP maintenance systems including storeroom inventory.
• Background with preventive maintenance systems in manufacturing.
• Strong all‑around maintenance skills in industrial electricity, mechanical power transmission and fluid piping.
• Good computer skills including computerized maintenance management systems and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Support operators through troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Learn and understand all SOPs for mechanic and operator level positions.
• Operate all equipment including normal running parameters and set points.
• Train at each machine center and assist other team members as needed.
• Execute work orders including special projects, rebuilds and installations.
• Repair and startup the line with urgency.
• Develop knowledge of basic maintenance principles and electrical troubleshooting.
• Execute PMs during planned stoppages focusing on project work and documentation.
• Work with vendors for startup, improvement and modification of equipment.
• Train operators on equipment standards and training modules.
• Identify losses and plan downtime reduction by targeting high‑loss machines.
