Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Production Machine Operator B to operate and monitor high-speed bottling lines, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the 6pm–6am night shift. You will maintain product flow, inspect quality, interact with HMI and PLC interfaces, support line changes, and keep a clean, efficient work area.

A high school diploma or GED and at least 3 months of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three months previous manufacturing experience required.
• Must work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multi-tasking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to interface with Allen Bradley PLC and touch screen devices.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all product flow.
• Ensures comprehensive product quality.
• Utilizes computer screens and HMIs; familiar with PLC interfaces.
• Supports OEE on the line, interprets data and makes adjustments.
• Maintains a clean work area and equipment; completes line inspections and reports.
• Assists with line changeovers.
• Other duties as assigned.
