Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Production Machine Operator B for the 1st shift (6am–6pm). You will operate and monitor high-speed production equipment, ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three months of manufacturing experience. Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC and touch screens is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) months manufacturing experience required.
• Must work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with the ability to multi-task and troubleshoot; critical thinking skills necessary.
• Ability to interface with Allen Bradley PLC controller and touch screen devices.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors high speed machinery while complying with production and safety standards.
• Maintains all product flow.
• Ensures comprehensive product quality.
• Utilizes computer screens and functions and is familiar with HMI functionality.
• Supports OEE functions on line, interprets data and makes adjustments, as needed.
• Maintains a clean work area and clean equipment.
• Completes all necessary line inspections and reports using computers/tablets on the line.
• Assists with line change over.
• Other duties as assigned.
