The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in manufacturing, with color vision and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Night shifts offer a $2 premium and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse roles in the last 7 years.
• Able to pass a skills test, background check, and drug screening.
• Visual ability to distinguish colors and measure using basic tools.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and handling reels up to 800 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor extrusion/stranding lines for high-quality cable production.
• Perform machine startups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct measurement checks to ensure quality standards.
• Report production issues and equipment concerns promptly.
• Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines.
