Job summary

James Hardie is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead the AZEK Manufacturing Facility team in Scranton, PA. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, and engagement to deliver production goals during the overnight shift.

You will oversee shift leaders, operators, and production assistants, manage schedules, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with policies, and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (technical or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with required supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage Shift Leaders, Operators, and Production Assistants to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Oversee daily production activities, coordinate resources, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Provide training, coaching, and conflict resolution to support team development.
• Promote a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.
