Job summary

PAC Worldwide is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the overnight manufacturing team on a 2-2-3 rotation. The role requires balancing people, safety, quality, and productivity in a fast‑paced plant environment.

You will supervise, coach, and develop employees on the overnight shift, review schedules, and ensure resources align to meet goals while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. Applications welcomed from steady, capable leaders.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Willingness to work Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Strong communication and ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned personnel and build a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and performance.
• Review daily production schedule and plan shift priorities.
• Assign work and ensure materials, supplies, people, and equipment meet department goals.
• Monitor progress and take action on delays, staffing, material, or equipment issues.
• Communicate delays and restart timing with managers and planning.
