Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery is partnering with a global packaging manufacturer to recruit a Production Supervisor who will lead safety initiatives, oversee daily production, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires coordinating with EHS, maintenance, and process engineering to resolve issues and optimize efficiency.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 5+ years in operations or production supervision in manufacturing, plus proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related fields, or an equivalent combination totaling 5+ years.
• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• Computer proficiency with SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety leader and partner with EHS Manager to maintain safety programs.
• Monitor practices to ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
• Investigate incidents and recommend improvements.
• Oversee daily production and scheduling to meet goals.
• Manage timecards and time-off to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustain gains from initiatives.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve equipment and material issues.
• Foster a high-performance culture and promote teamwork.
