Job summary

Flora Food Group is seeking a Night Shift Production Team Lead at our Hugoton, Kansas plant to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets. You will supervise hourly union employees, allocate equipment and materials, and partner with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse and Planning.

You will champion EHS and Quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and report to the Plant Manager. This role offers growth toward Plant Manager or Operations Manager within 2-4 years, and supports our mission

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing unionized workforce.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily allocation of equipment, personnel, and materials to meet production goals safely and efficiently.
• Lead and develop hourly union employees through hiring support, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Champion Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality standards, ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning teams to resolve issues and achieve plant objectives.
