Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a data-driven production supervisor for our in-house optical manufacturing facility in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead a night-shift team to achieve throughput goals and maintain safety standards while coaching 15+ hourly Associates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience, including at least 12 months in a leadership role in production.
• Experience leading or managing a team or project.
• Strong communicator and team player with a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 15+ hourly employees in a manufacturing department.
• Provide regular feedback, mentoring, and performance check-ins.
• Communicate daily production goals and metrics with the team.
• Ensure safety practices are followed and train on job-specific tasks.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop Associates.
• Drive production to meet and exceed goals.
