Job summary

Fruit Of The Earth is seeking a Terco Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Grand Prairie, TX to direct the production crew and optimize throughput.

Work closely with the compounding, receiving, quality, and mechanics teams to minimize waste, maximize throughput, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and experience with production equipment, plus excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field and/or 3–5 years of production supervisory experience.
• Ability to direct multiple lines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled production on time and at or below standard cost.
• Oversee and assist Line leads in Associate training and goal setting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within the production group.
• Organize and plan extended schedules.
• Maintain accurate production activity records.
• Develop and discipline associates per corporate guidelines.
