CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Production Shift Supervisor I to lead a manufacturing shift, ensure safety, drive quality, and optimize daily operations. You will coordinate staff, address production concerns, and mentor team members in a fast-growing solar equipment environment.

Ideal candidates bring lean manufacturing knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to work continental shifts.

Qualificações

• Experience in supervising production shift and coordinating staff.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.
• Able to work continental shifts and manage timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate a production shift.
• Monitor daily product and process concerns; troubleshoot issues.
• Train and qualify employees on machinery and safety procedures.
• Communicate goals and performance to staff; submit shift reports.
