Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Production Lead for the 3rd shift in Neenah, WI. You will supervise a team, assign daily tasks, and ensure quality and on-time delivery while supporting training and safety initiatives.

The role requires a High School diploma with 2+ years of related experience; an Associate’s degree is preferred. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential for driving continuous improvement and meeting production metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assign work based on daily department needs to ensure quality products.
• Conduct people-leader activities including approving time off, performance appraisals, coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Communicate daily schedules and goals to employees, shifts, and management to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure training on assembly build instructions and ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality and efficiency; propose innovative solutions to problems.
