Job summary

DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation in Concord, NC is seeking a Full Time Manual Labor role to coordinate production activities and lead operators toward daily targets.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work with solvents and PPE. You will monitor equipment, generate production reports, train staff, and participate in safety and Kaizen initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year operator experience or leadership experience
• Experience in chemical mixing/blending preferred
• Excellent attendance and communication skills
• Demonstrated reliability and responsibility
• Proven decision-making and analytical skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Must operate test instruments and read readings from monitors/gauges
• Must be able to work with organic solvents and wear respirator PPE
• Must work in a team-based production environment

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve volume and yield targets for one machine
• Analyze sources of problems and implement countermeasures
• Communicate effectively across teams, staff, and management
• Prepare production reports (handwritten and computer data entry)
• Train Operators
• Coordinate and monitor flow of raw materials, WIP and finished goods
• Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and processes
• Ensure safety and quality in production activities
• Complete end of shift reporting and data collection
• Other duties as assigned
