Job summary

Polymaker LLC is seeking a Production Shift Lead for the night shift at our Missouri City, TX facility. You will manage extrusion and packaging work centers, lead a team of operators, and ensure safe, efficient production while adhering to quality standards.

The role requires prior lead/supervisor experience, comfort with forklift operation, and a readiness to work a 12.5 hour shift schedule with 3–4 shifts per week. Multilingual candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Previous Lead or Supervisor experience.
• Preferred: plastic manufacturing background.
• Multilingual (Mandarin Chinese or Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment across two work centers.
• Operate mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Coordinate and assign work orders and priorities.
• Perform in-process quality checks and material batch prep.
• Enforce safety, environmental, and process instructions.
